Start wherever the pressure is greatest. You can move between us later, and nothing here requires you to overhaul your life to qualify.
A single session with whichever of us fits what you're carrying right now. No package, no commitment, no assessment to fill in beforehand. You bring the thing that's been bothering you and leave with something you can actually do this week.
Ten sessions over three months with all three of us, in a small group. We move through each pillar in an order that builds: what's on your plate, what's on your skin, and what's happening underneath. Group sessions plus something personalized from each of us.
Small enough that we know your name and what you're working on. Structured enough that you're not left to self-direct after the first few sessions, which is where most programs lose people.
Work directly with one of us over time, at whatever pace holds. This is where the more involved work happens — functional nutrition testing and protocols with Alicia, a full skincare overhaul with Marian, sustained coaching and shamanic practice with Lisa.
No. Most people start with one of us. Rest & Nourish Group is the only thing that involves all three, and even then you're not obliged to take up everything on offer.
Whichever problem is loudest. If you can't tell, get in touch and describe what's going on — we'd rather point you to the right person than sign you up to the wrong one.
No. Alicia is a Registered Dietitian Nutritionist and works within her scope of practice, and Lisa is a certified coach rather than a therapist. We're not a substitute for your doctor, and we'll tell you plainly when something needs one.
Both. We're based in the San Francisco Bay Area and work in person locally, and all three of us work with clients remotely.
Most people have. That's usually a sign the thing was built for someone with more time than you, not a sign about you. Tell us what didn't stick and we'll build around it.
Be the first to hear when the next Rest & Nourish Group opens. Ten sessions over three months, in a deliberately small cohort — add your name and we’ll be in touch.
Join the WaitlistNo commitment. Joining the waitlist just means you hear first.
Tell us what's going on and we'll point you to whichever of us can actually help — even if that turns out to be none of us.
